Ubicos Technologies provides a digital platform for building & infrastructure owners to manage maintenance, compliance, and operational activities. Ubicos does not monitor, control, or guarantee the quality of services delivered by these facility owners.
Ubicos cannot be held responsible for any losses, damages, or liabilities arising from the services or products provided by the building owners through our platform.
Building owners using the UBICOS platform are independent contractors. These Terms do not create a partnership, employment, franchisee, joint venture, or agency relationship.
Ubicos Technologies Pvt Ltd may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your account or access to Services at any time without prior notice for violations, fraudulent activity, or misuse.
Ubicos will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including loss of business, profits, or data, arising from:
Maximum liability of Ubicos shall not exceed Rs. 100 or the amount paid by you for the Service, whichever is lesser.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ubicos, its employees, partners, licensors, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal costs arising due to:
Ubicos Technologies provides the platform and Services on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties, express or implied. Ubicos does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free, or accurate operation of the platform.
All content, design, code, graphics, and materials on the Site belong to Ubicos Technologies or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Ubicos reserves the right to change or modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms become effective 24 hours after posting.

Failure of Ubicos to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Indian Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 in Pune, India.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
Ubicos Technologies' liability, regardless of the cause, is limited to INR 100.
If any clause is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue to remain in full effect.
You may not transfer your rights under this Agreement without written consent. Ubicos may assign its rights freely.
All clauses regarding liability, indemnification, intellectual property, and governing law survive termination.
